Lolly\u2019s approach is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, including religious trauma, developmental trauma, and early attachment injuries. Lolly helps clients explore early attachment experiences, discover their attachment style and increase awareness around how we relate to ourselves and others. Lolly offers a nonjudgmental and compassionate space to uncover patterns that may be holding you back, addressing&nbsp; anxiety, shame, conflict, or disconnection, and helps you understand the beliefs that quietly guide your behavior.
