couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns shaped by past experiences, trauma, or relational injuries. Many of her clients come to therapy navigating anxiety, struggles, relationship injuries, and desire to apply healthy boundaries and improve communication, individually and within relationships. In session, Shelley believes in holding space for both the pain and the possibility of change. Two things can be true!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her approach is rooted in attachment theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT\/EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and family systems work. Each modality and intervention is led by the client or couple&#8217;s needs, and uniquely applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shelley strives to create a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for every client .
