Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
About Lolly
Lolly is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), and mother of four. Lolly offers a safe, supportive space to gain meaningful solutions when dealing with relational issues, struggles, and major life changes. She is passionate about working with couples and individuals, taking a deep dive into family of origin bonds and their long-lasting impact on our current relationships. Lolly’s approach is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, including religious trauma, developmental trauma, and early attachment injuries. Lolly helps clients explore early attachment experiences, discover their attachment style and increase awareness around how we relate to ourselves and others. Lolly offers a nonjudgmental and compassionate space to uncover patterns that may be holding you back, addressing anxiety, shame, conflict, or disconnection, and helps you understand the beliefs that quietly guide your behavior. Together, we’ll reframe those beliefs into new, empowering narratives that support authentic and secure relationships.
Lolly deeply believes in normalizing the struggles that most humans find themselves dealing with, bringing a warm. inclusive, and attuned presence to therapy. Lolly’s approach blends insight with empathy, directness with humor, and always centers on building a trusting relationship. Healing happens in connection—and she believes every person has the capacity to feel truly seen, known, and valued.
